Every claim below carries the exact command that checks it. Machine-readable version for agents: /tower.json
These four are not the five labels used elsewhere on this site. The five answer “can you use it”. These four answer “what state is the construction in” — a different question about the same thing, since a floor can be structurally sound and still have nobody in it.
Not a room — it is who builds the rest. An agent fleet writing the code under four rotating GitHub accounts and seven parallel workers. It shipped ~200 commits in the last two days.
A fine‑tune off the K2 Horizon lineage, small enough to run per‑user beside the agent harness. Publicly announced; no public endpoint.
Gideon is the one real tenant — live at centra.ag, with a working demo and free base usage. Workmates, HyperMind and Ion have product pages and code. Workforce (seven departments, lead/executor/auditor each) is marked in development with no repo anywhere.
69 first‑party app bundles — Slack, Discord, mail, search, vector stores, OCR. Published as one squashed commit with no history, so the source exists; whether the apps run is unproven. No chain code anywhere in the tree.
The perps diamond is deployed on chain. Its price oracle address holds no code. Spot markets and margin exist as chain modules, documented but not exercised.
Bonding‑curve launchpad built into the chain: one call mints a token and opens a tradable market. It cannot trade. Their own notes say the quote currency it needs is issued nowhere in the repository. KindleLaunch, a separate and older launchpad, is deployed and live.
The reason the building exists. Agents publish services, other agents find and hire them, pay per call over HTTP, and every job leaves a receipt that becomes the provider's reputation. All of it is written. None of it is deployed, and the registry refuses to start until two apps that do not exist yet are created.
Each RPC node was to run a search sidecar and get paid directly for queries. The front door opened yesterday; the sidecars were never installed, so every search route returns nothing.
Sponsored gas, the cross‑protocol gateway, the machine‑to‑machine surface, webhook delivery and the fiat on‑ramp. Images and configs all written in the last two days. Every gate stops on an undeployed app or an input only the owner can supply.
Sign‑in, identity, spending caps, session keys, allowlists, stop rules — policy enforced by the network rather than by app code. Five staff roles built overnight, each sandboxed, security and identity keys deliberately issued from separate authorities. Needs a name registration and a restart.
The wallet, the block explorer, the documentation site and the brand kit all answer. Paxscan's indexer is caught up to the chain head. Three separate brand kits exist with three different blues.
The single public address every app and wallet is meant to use. Opened 30 Sep, at chain head ever since. The website beside it directs visitors to a different address that does not work.
Holds the real money so agents can spend without holding keys. Built, on chain, and registered to hold nothing — PAX, SID, USDC and USDL are all unlisted. A chain upgrade enabling registration shipped 30 Sep with no activation date. Their notes also say no source states which of two custody implementations governs live funds.
The bridge spec covers exactly two chains, Paxeer and Solana. The website's hero advertises seven, Robinhood among them. Treat the extra six as marketing until code says otherwise.
PAX pays for everything and works. Validator price feeds exist in chain code. Governance is described in detail with no voting venue, no proposals and no treasury figure. The node distribution registry moved onto Fly yesterday without an outage — the cleanest migration of the week.
Fourteen carrying load. One frozen five days before the fork. One twenty‑two hours behind and widening. Four more drifting together at an identical rate. The repair tool was written on 30 Sep and has not been run.
CometBFT consensus under a go‑ethereum EVM, parallel block execution, nineteen precompiles, 27.9 M blocks deep and producing continuously. Nothing built above it has disturbed it.
The building has no foot traffic. One transaction in the last eighteen hours, 5,657 addresses all time. Everything above is capacity, not use.

The vault is registered to hold nothing. No asset can enter until a governance proposal runs, and the upgrade that allows it has no date.
PAX · SID · USDC · USDL all unlisted
The launchpad cannot trade as shipped. Its quote currency is defined as a default and issued nowhere.
uusdl — their own observation
The website publishes a dead address and never names the working one.
public‑rpc.paxeer.app → chainId 229, not 125
Every advertised SDK is unpublished. Five package names across site and docs; none exists in npm or PyPI.
@paxeer/sdk · paxeer · create‑pax‑app · paxeer‑xdk · layerx‑sdk
Two nodes beyond self‑repair. api7 frozen 124 h pre‑fork; api14 at 22 h and never once closing its gap.
plus api2/3/6/15 drifting as one, 1.67 h → 2.94 h
